What we do with your details
This site is run by Moodswings Incorporated on behalf of June Sometimes (John Eni‑Ibukun), from Lagos, Nigeria. It collects as little as it can get away with, and this page says plainly what that is.
If you just look around
Nothing is collected. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no profile built from your visit. The site stores one thing in your own browser — your shopping bag — and that never leaves your device until you check out.
If you subscribe
Your email address, and the date you gave it. It is held by Loops, the service that sends our emails, and used only to send you June's own news about music, drops and shows. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. We never sell or rent the list, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services named on this page.
If you buy something
We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and city, and any note you add to the order. We need those to take payment and get the parcel to you.
We never see your card details. Payment happens on Paystack's own page; this site is never given your card number and could not store it if it wanted to.
Your order is recorded in a private Google Sheet that only June can open, and the confirmation emails are sent from there.
Buying something does not add you to the mailing list. There is an unticked box at checkout, and we only email you about new drops if you tick it.
Who your details reach
- Paystack — payment. Receives your email and the amount.
- Google — the private sheet your order is recorded in, and the mailbox the confirmations are sent from.
- Loops — email delivery, if you subscribed or ticked the box.
- Vercel — hosting. Keeps short-lived server logs, as any host does.
- Upstash — holds stock counts. No personal data.
That is the whole list.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, which is what tax and accounting rules expect of a business. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
What you can ask for
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR, you can ask to see what we hold on you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. Email itsjunesometimes@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. We cannot delete an order record we are required to keep for tax, but we can remove you from everything else.
